I heard talk at the last meeting about utilities maybe coming to 300-400 and that seems incredibly low to me for commercial power tools running as often as 24 hours. My home ac this past month was 200 dollars for a 2bdr so I am worried about this. I would definitely like to see some real quotes put in here.
