HeatSync Labs is run by a Board of Directors, which aids in procedural and financial decisions made at HeatSync. Each officer is voted into office once a year by the membership, unless they become impeached or resign. The bylaws outline the structure of the board in more detail. All board officers must be a member in good standing, attend once-monthly board meetings, and advocate for Heatsync.
