Everyone needs to read the draft application- everyone needs to submit resume and type qualifications- Everyone DUES DUE! next month coming up!

Jacob

• Find out from Derek on status of move (arduino night filling up!) our move?-
• Assume were taking over arduino night - post something on their group and lock down?- 45 days approx. -- we are moving.
• request keys for all 7, keys on new place. Each person has keys.
• 501c3 Narrative - Assisted by David, fallback on Jeremy - By next Thursday.
• 501c3 Financials - Assisted by Jeremy by next Thursday. Done. :)
• Email shannon on auction - Jacob building a page on more info.
• ignite! subcommittee -  put on calendar to be ready for next one, everyone to go to this one. Board decided to present at the March (most recent presentation).

Jeremy

• Follow up with dan collins - siggraph Got no response. Re-follow up.
• 501c3 Financials - Assisted by Jacob by next Thursday. Done.
• Paypal Untouched. Will followup.
• MakerFaire - contact hackerspaces for some kind of team up - plastic parts collected from each? Contacting MakerFaire for application of presentation and contact the other hackerspaces attending to see if we can start some schnizit.

Drea

• Email out on 501c3 status What is left? Create an easier to-do list for 501c3.
• Will have update on all financials (shirts, make) for next board meeting.
• Bylaws by Tuesday assisted by David

David

NEW BUSINESS

• toolshare-what can we do to get this to be a priority for will?
• site downtime updates - taken care of.
• arduino night upcoming - who is on board for making this happen? David to advertise and blog post. Need to ensure that we advise of move to new location.
• jose-what happened to opening us up?-classes Not present, not presented yet either.
• 20k - needs to happen now or it won't - volunteers? Jacob, Drea, and Jeremy to meet regarding this decision SOON. Due in 30 days.
• 501c3-membership packet - last chance Need a replacement “welcome letter” with summation of organization and things to note to replace one page in ultimate packet. (Jacob and Jeremy)
• 501c3 - hack? Hmmmm? Discuss with attorney to see how legal this idea is.
• new hope? Hackers on Planet Earth -- in New York. July 18th -20th. Pricing for the trip.

• IEEE: David has a proposition; joint project with GOLD and HSL for fundraising and publicity, aimed for students and recent graduates. Up in the air. (David)
